This project serves as a completion of an earlier planned land reclamation project at Gurney Drive Seafront which includes measures to mitigate any potential tsunami incident that the island state may face in future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The concept of \u2018Gurney Wharf\u2019 which was inspired by some of the world\u2019s best public space will definitely create a spur in tourism and also in economic growth.
