Our IT Resources

Infinity Group recognizes the importance of technology as a business enabling force. Infinity Group continues to invest in ICT infrastructure as well as implementing advanced IT solutions both the backend and frontend systems to improve efficiency and to optimize management information system. Our integrated suite of blueFreight, blueShip, blueDepot and blueHaulage allow us to provide seamless services in the shortest lead-time towards an improved supply chain management (SCM) and they are fully integrated with the backend accounting system, AccPac to facilitate prompt and accurate data processing eliminating all forms of manual double work of cross referencing or data reentry.

To demonstrate our continued commitment in delivering the highest quality standards to our clients, we have recently embarked on achieving the ISO9001:2000 certification. We have established a strong set of quality control policies, in line with our corporate principles, for all operating departments. On top of that, we will be implementing a proactive and measurable system to monitor customer satisfaction. Infinity Group will continue to fine-tune its best practices? In our internal processes to meet the ever-changing business environment.

Our Safety and Risk Management

Service excellence remains one of the vital criteria to achieve higher standards in the projects we undertake; with safety being a top priority. In every aspect of our day-to-day operations, Infinity Group deliver services conscious of the need to protect the interest of its associates, clients and the public at large. We promote safety through extensive training, communication and making everyone accountable (the safety of the people, the goods/products and the environment). We have formed a Logistics Engineering Solution Council to evaluate and manage the operational risk and safety performance of our logistics projects to ensure that our commitment to safety are well implemented and continuously improved. We have also set up the Safety and Security Council to look into daily operational safety issues and a strong emphasis on the cargo security matters. This Council sits and meets regularly to review and improve the security measures being deployed at our yards, terminals and also for cargo in transit.
